Dr. Robert Geiger, M.D. is Co-Owner and treating physician for Summit Pain Specialists. Dr. Geiger attended Ohio State University in Columbus where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Master of Science degree in Biochemistry. He received his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from The Medical College of Ohio (M.C.O.) in Toledo, Ohio. He completed the Anesthesia Residency Program of Case Western Reserve University at University Hospitals of Cleveland, after which he completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia at the University of Cincinnati, University Hospitals in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Geiger also has experience in administrative roles, such as Director of Anesthesia Department, Marymount Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio, and as managing partner of large Anesthesia group covering several different healthcare facilities in the Greater Cleveland area.
After working as Anesthesiologist for 10 years, Dr. Geiger moved to Detroit, Michigan where he completed a Residency Training Program in Family Practice at the St. John Hospital & Health System. He also has specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) from the Detroit Medical Center.
Dr. Geiger then returned to Northeast Ohio where he worked as a Family Practitioner for several years before merging his training and experience in both these medical specialty areas to become a Pain Management Specialist. He is Board-Certified in Anesthesiology, Family Practice, and Pain Management.

Dr. Guang Yang, M.D. received his medical degree and completed his Residency Training in China, and subsequently practiced medicine there for several years. He was an attending Neurosurgeon on the staff of Beijing Tiantan Hospital in Beijing, China.
When Dr. Yang moved to the United States he completed a Residency Program in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He is Board-Certified in PM&R.
Dr. Yang has extensive experience in managing patients with stokes, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, sports injuries, joint problems, and various neurological disorders and diseases. His rehabilitation experience and expertise also enables him to assist patients with various orthotic devices, gait aids, prosthetics, and wheelchair measurement. He is skilled in performing extensive disability assessment to determine qualification for and extent of all types of disabilities. Through this process he can assist patients with disability benefits. In addition, Dr. Yang is skilled in performing Electromyography/Nerve Conduction Velocity (EMG/NCV) testing for the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions.
Sandra Sadid is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Science from Lake Erie College. She then completed a 2 year Physician Assistant Program at Cuyahoga Community College. Sandra has over 7 years experience in Pain Management and has written numerous pain related articles for local news papers like the Hudson Hub,Stow Sentry, and Falls News Press. Sandra is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Leann Whyte is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Kent State University. While working as an RN in the Emergency Department, she returned to Kent State to complete a Master's of Science in Nursing degree in education with a focus on health promotion. She taught at Kent State University as a clinical instructor, and later completed a post Master's degree in the Nurse Practitioner program. She has over 11 years of experience in Pain Management. She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Ohio Association of Advance Practice Nurses. Leann is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Haley Gillen, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant who obtained her Masterís degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Nebraska. ††She received her Bachelor of Science degree with Cum Laude honors from the University of Sioux Falls.† She has also worked as a Pharmacy Technician and has an abundance of patient care experience.† In addition she did volunteer work for couple years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Sanford Health, Sioux Falls, S.D. †Haley is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.†
Sabrina Barros, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant who obtained her Masterís degree in Health Sciences from Cuyahoga Community College/Cleveland State University.† She also has a Bachelorís degree in Biology from the College of Wooster.† She comes to Summit Pain Specialists with experience in assessing and treating Level 1 Trauma patients.† She belongs to the American Academy of Physicians Assistants, the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants, and the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma. †Sabrina is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
